It all begins with you, at home, looking at and healing the beliefs, patterns, themes, ancestral, generational, karmic moments in your long history that are not serving you today. That are not supporting how you choose to relate with yourself, your family, and your communities. By working at the level of the Soul, you're above the levels of thinking, feeling, and acting that created the alleged "problems" in your life. This means that you can negotiate where you are and how your life has been up to this moment. You can begin to shapeshift consciously.
Shapeshifting is not something that you can do from your head. It is accomplished from the heart ♥, your heart! It is a conscious act with intent for a specific purpose. Typically done to gather information and power for positive intentional heart felt change in your life.
Which brings us to "destiny". The definition that Merriam-Webster uses is a springboard to even greater possibilities. Alberto Villoldo Ph.D. explains, 'That everyone has a future but few people have a destiny.' He goes on to add, 'that if someone is waiting for their destiny to arrive, it is already too late. Destiny is always just around the corner. All we need to do is turn the corner and grab it.' What is the requisite for embracing destiny, your purpose in this life? Acceptance of where you are this moment. Letting go of "needing" to change or fix anything or trying to "escape" your life as it is today.
The experience here at Fuel for Peace is that there is much preparation to negotiating anyones purpose in life. It is important to create a strong container able to hold the energy of that greatest possibility by doing your own personal work. Working at the energetic is only part of the process. It is important to eat and drink quality food and water that is free from toxins. It is important to exercise the body by regular physical training. It is important to remain conscious all the time and to continue working with yourself. Healing is a little bit like breathing, we keep doing it until we die.
